Type of Design: List what type of design work we are doing for you. Ex. business card, flyer, brochure, banner, invitation, etc.

​PRESENTER/HOST: Who is hosting the event? Give name of person or orgainzation.

Location of Event: Please give full address of the venue where the event is being held.

Cost of the Event: Give admission amount, ticket price, etc.
